Mulshi Waterfall – A fun place to visit during Monsoon

Nature shows its beauty during rainy season, like god is sending all of the heavens on earth. Mulshi tehsil situated near from Pune gives you the same feeling as heaven during this period. The nature has gifted the place with beauty with lots of waterfalls, lakes and mountains. If you stay in Pune at least 4-5 times during Monsoon you visit Mulshi still you can’t see enough of nature. Situated 40km from Pune city the Mulshi waterfall near Mulshi lake is a spot where you can feel the nature, have fun with friends/family and create amazing memories.


In the road towards the waterfall you see trees and greenery both sides of the road, rain drops are continuously following on you, the breeze of air makes you feel fresh, the amazing view from hills and of Mulshi lake(dam) gives you goosebumps. Ah the beauty! That is the only reaction will come from you. The waterfall is situated in Palase village the place is very much crowded on monsoon weekends even in week days, at the location you see a muddy road is going towards waterfall and when reach there the force of water and the clean water oozing from mountains makes your day. 

After enjoying in the water for sometime you must go on the upper mountain through a route which is situated at the entrance while walking upwards you see the beautiful mulshi dam few mountains completely covered with green shawl, while walking you have to cross water flowing down from mountains like a river and then you reach at second waterfall. The water is flowing down from 8-9 feet creating a fog,  small lake is created due to the water force nearly of 3 feet in which you can dip in and enjoy some moments. If its raining its only a treat for you. While returning eating ‘Bhaji and vadapav’ and if you are a Maggie fan or corn fan with tea is must. Although the place is only looks like heaven during monsoon during the period one must visit there.
